What we hold, which is very little
Last updated 1 September 2026. This notice explains what information the site handles when you visit or play.
Summary
Top Ball Games has no accounts, no logins and no payment processing, so there is no profile to build. We do not ask for your name, address, date of birth, phone number or payment details, and there is nowhere on the site to enter them. The game runs entirely in your browser.
Information handled automatically
Like nearly every website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider that records standard technical details when a page is requested: the IP address making the request, the time, the page or file requested, a referring address if one was sent, and the browser user-agent string. These records exist to deliver pages, keep the site available and investigate abuse or faults. They are retained for a short period and then discarded.
Information you give us
If you email our support address, we receive whatever you include in that message and keep the exchange only as long as needed to resolve it and to understand recurring issues. We do not add support correspondents to any mailing list, because we do not operate one.
Game data and local storage
Your coin balance, chosen rank, stake and the state of the deck exist only in the memory of the open browser tab. They are not transmitted to us, not written to a server and not shared with anyone. Closing or refreshing the page clears them completely.
Cookies
The site does not set advertising or profiling cookies and does not run cross-site tracking. Where a strictly necessary cookie is used by the hosting or security layer, it exists to serve the page safely and carries no marketing purpose.
Third parties
Web fonts are loaded from a third-party font service, which necessarily sees the request your browser makes for those files, including its IP address. Our hosting provider processes requests on our behalf under its own terms. We do not sell, rent or trade information to anyone, and we do not share it with real-money gambling operators.
Children
The site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information through our support address, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information an operator holds about you, and to object to certain processing. Because we hold almost nothing and cannot connect server logs to an identified person, the practical scope of such a request is limited — but you are welcome to make one, and we will respond to what we can.
Security
Pages are served over an encrypted connection and the static nature of the site keeps the attack surface small. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
